We took good care of our carpet but stains, grease etc. are inevitable. When we moved out after 20 years our carpet looked permanently dirty . There was more dirt, stains etc. during a remodel for renting. When Monarch Cleaning arrived I was prepared for the owner to tell me that it was hopeless. After looking at the job Danial, the owner, proceeded as if it was all in a day’s work. He was quite congenial but all business when he started cleaning. When he finished the carpet looked new. I was amazed and so happy to have this good company still in operation after the original owner (current owner’s father) had retired. My highest recommendation for Monarch Cleaning while Danial is in charge. The bill was another pleasant surprise—very reasonable! Not cheap but an extremely good value.
