Daniel was prompt, professional as well as pleasant when he arrived at my duplex apartment for carpet cleaning.  He measured each carpeted room and provided an on the spot estimate prior to cleaning.  This rental unit carpet required extensive cleaning with cat hair, urine and various other stains throughout its 740 sq. ft carpeting.  Daniel was able to take out just about everything leaving it in like new condition.  What a difference.  My new tenants were thoroughly impressed too.  I definitely will use Monarch to clean my carpets from now on.
