It was a pleasure doing business with Monarch.  They did a wonderful job cleaning an antique tapestry that has been in my family for years.  What’s more, they cut their original estimate in half because I had overstated the size of the tapestry (with no additional costs for pickup and delivery).  It’s refreshing to encounter an honest small business.
