How property-manager jobs run
The office is the point of contact. Jobs are scheduled in Housecall Pro. Access is by lockbox or garage code left in the job notes. The technician photographs the completed work. Invoicing is per job through Housecall Pro after the work is done.
Recurring vacant-unit turns for portfolios are a regular part of the work.
