Standard Carpet Cleaning Package:

We will determine the condition of your carpet to identify problem spots or extremely soiled areas. We then discuss with you the probability of these stains coming out during the cleaning process. Our preparation consists of using a vacuum to ensure maximum dry soil removal and then treat heavily soiled areas with a heated, pressurized pre-spotter to loosen entrenched oils and dirt.

Our next step is to “steam” clean using our truck-mounted hot water extraction system that deep cleans your carpet, removes soil and thoroughly rinses away cleaning agents.  Furniture is also moved or protected with foil tabs or foam blocks.

Finally, we groom or rake your carpet to restore the pile and decrease the drying time, then use a high velocity drying fan in each room to speed drying time even more.

Gold Carpet Cleaning Package:

Consider this option if you want your carpets to continue looking new as long as possible. It includes everything in our Standard Package, plus an application of DuPont Teflon ® protector to all open areas. This is the highest-quality carpet protector available and will help to:

• Prevent many permanent stains
• Resist traffic area damage to carpet fibers
• Provide better dry soil removal between cleanings

This package also includes a 12 month warranty against stains.  If a spot appears in any room we treat within 12 months of the application, we will come back and re-clean the area for free.  If we cannot get the spot out we will refund the cost of the carpet protector.
