Monarch Cleaning Services includes standard pet deodorizing in every carpet cleaning across Greater Seattle. The technician inspects the carpet, pre-treats spots, and cleans with truck-mounted hot water extraction.
What we can and cannot do
Surface cleaning can improve many pet stains and odors. Urine that has soaked into the pad or subfloor may not come out completely. We never guarantee complete stain or odor removal.
If a treated odor comes back shortly after the job, we come back and re-treat that area.
Before we arrive
Pick up small items, secure pets, and make sure the van can park close and reach a water spigot. A typical dry time is about 4–8 hours, depending on ventilation and the carpet.
